In-RAM PII Tokenization

Zero-Account Local Vault

Practice scores, WPM history, and weekly schedules are stored locally in your browser's localStorage (lcu_progress_vault_v1) under your exclusive control.

When you click Start Call in the interactive Web-Phone simulator, your browser requests temporary microphone permission via the standard Web Audio and Web Speech APIs.

No Recording Retention: In compliance with the California Invasion of Privacy Act (Cal. Penal Code § 632) and the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (740 ILCS 14/), LearningCenterUsa.net does not record, archive, sell, or extract biometric voice identifiers from your microphone stream.
12-Bar Waveform Monitor: The real-time acoustic level indicator operates exclusively via an in-memory browser AnalyserNode and is immediately garbage-collected when the call ends.

2. Zero-Trust Data Sanitization (ZTDS RFC v1.0 Architecture)

To protect learners who accidentally speak real personal details during mock USCIS, IRS, banking, or job interview drills, every transcript turn passes through our client-side ZTDS RFC v1.0 sanitization layer before any server-side rubric evaluation:

Masked Patterns: U.S. Social Security Numbers ([US_SSN_TOKEN_N]), USCIS Alien Registration Numbers ([USCIS_ANUM_TOKEN_N]), Payment Card Numbers ([CARD_PAN_TOKEN_N]), Email Addresses ([EMAIL_TOKEN_N]), and North American Phone Numbers outside the 555-01XX fictional test range ([US_PHONE_TOKEN_N]).
Cryptographic Audit Verification: Each sanitized call generates a deterministic SHA-256 receipt verifiable against certificate ZTDS-CERT-2026-LEARNINGCENTERUSA-38DDD1 at /api/ztds-verify and /.well-known/ztds.json.

3. Local Browser Storage, Portable Pass Codes & Payments

Zero-Account Progress: We do not require account registration or passwords for practice sessions. Your best scenario scores, WPM metrics, and streak days live inside your browser's localStorage and can be cleared at any time via your browser settings.
Portable HMAC Pass Codes: Paid access passes (24-Hour Crash Pass, Unlimited Pro, and Personal American Friend) issue a stateless cryptographic token (lcu_<tier>_<exp>_<sig>) that lets you restore access across desktop and mobile devices without storing a central user profile database.
Payment Processing: Checkout transactions are processed by PCI-DSS Level 1 merchant of record / payment processors. LearningCenterUsa.net never receives or stores full credit card numbers or CVV security codes.
